What floor plan options are available?

We offer one-bedroom/one-bath apartments, two-bedroom/two-bath layouts in small, medium, and large sizes, as well as three-bedroom/two-bath homes.

What is included in the monthly rent?

Rent covers the apartment home only. Utilities and additional services are not included.

Which utilities are included, and which are the resident’s responsibility?

All utilities are the responsibility of the resident.

Are apartments furnished or unfurnished?

All apartments are unfurnished.

What in-home amenities are included in each apartment?

Each home includes an air conditioning unit, a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and a private storage closet attached to the balcony or patio.

What laundry options are available?

All apartments feature in-unit laundry.

What community amenities are available?

Residents enjoy a 24/7 fitness center, a clubhouse with a coffee and tea bar, complimentary drinks and snacks, a pool table, library, and board games. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, grill, swimming pool, pavilion, dog run, and two playgrounds.

Is there an on-site fitness center?

Yes. The on-site gym includes ellipticals, stationary bikes, treadmills, dumbbells, a stair stepper, yoga balls and mats, a multi-tool weight machine (Power Play Core Plus 4), a drinking fountain, and sanitizer wipes.

Is there a community clubhouse or resident lounge?

Yes. A fully equipped clubhouse is available for resident use.

Are bike storage options available?

Bike racks are available throughout the community. EV charging stations are not available.

Are co-working spaces or business centers available?

While there is no dedicated business center, residents are welcome to use the clubhouse for remote work or studying.

Do apartments include smart home or keyless entry features?

No, smart home or keyless entry features are not offered.

Are there outdoor community spaces?

Yes. Outdoor amenities include a pavilion, fire pit, and grill area.

What recycling or eco-friendly features are offered?

Recycling bins are located within the community’s trash enclosures.

How can I schedule a tour?

Tours are available in person. Please contact the leasing office to schedule.

Are pets allowed? What are the pet policies?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Pet Policy Details:

  • Maximum of two pets per apartment
  • Breed restrictions apply
  • Vaccination records and pet photos are required
  • Pets must be leashed at all times outside the apartment
  • Pet deposits: $500 for the first pet, $300 for the second pet
  • Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet

Is renters insurance required?

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

What is the application process?

Applications are submitted online through our website. Applicants must upload proof of income, a valid photo ID, and pet information if applicable. Once received, a link to pay the application fee will be sent, and the application will be processed through a third-party screening service.

What lease terms are offered?

All initial lease terms are 12 months. Short-term leases are not available.

Is there an application fee?

Yes. The application fee is $45 per applicant.

Are co-signers or guarantors accepted?

Yes. Guarantors must provide proof of income equal to five times the monthly rent.

How can I pay rent?

Rent may be paid online through the resident portal, by check, money order, or via auto-pay.

Are there pet amenities on site?

Yes. The community includes a fenced dog run.

Is there a pet deposit or monthly pet rent?

Yes. Please refer to the pet policy section above for deposit and monthly pet rent details.

Is parking available?

Yes. Each apartment includes one assigned parking space. A second vehicle may park in any unnumbered space. Vehicles beyond two per household must park on the street.

Are guest parking options available?

Yes, guest parking is available.

How are utilities set up?

Most utilities are usage-based and billed through Conservice, with charges paid alongside rent each month. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity and cable/internet services separately.

Is the community gated?

No, the community is not gated.

Are there security patrols on site?

Yes. A third-party security company patrols the property twice nightly.

How are emergency maintenance requests handled?

Emergency maintenance requests are handled through an after-hours emergency maintenance phone line.

What public transportation and walking options are nearby?

A park located across the street provides walking access, and multiple public bus stops are conveniently located near the property.

Which schools serve the community?

The property is served by Battle Creek Elementary School, Judson Middle School, and Sprague High School.

What shopping and dining options are nearby?

Nearby options include Safeway, Walmart, Black Bear Diner, Applebee’s, Stone Front Grill, and a variety of fast-food and dining options.

What outdoor recreation options are close by?

A park is located directly across the street, offering convenient outdoor recreation.
